Here at Saabi-Sil Retrievers we strive to teach the basic skills your dog needs to move onto more advanced training. It is also our belief that this is the most critical time in a retrievers career and that basic training should never be overlooked or rushed. We understand the importance of consistency, routine, and repetition in order to produce a reliable hunting companion or a competitive dog. Saabi-Sil Retrievers main focus is to introduce our students to the proper skills needed to become great hunting partners or get them started in retriever competitions. We take the time to teach our clients how to handle their dogs. As well as how to continue there training and their dogs training once they leave or training program. We continue to help the owners take their dogs to the next level of training. Here at Saabi Sil Retriever's we stay in contact with our owners. Making sure to continue your success in training their retriever.
Your dogs training will need to continue after they leave us. The more time you spend training with your dog the better they become. whether it be an obedient house pet or hunting partner

Things you will need to bring before we can take your dog.
First months training is paid when you drop off your dog. Your dog will need a state or county Dog license. A copy of all shots records...up to date. Shots you will need are Rabies, Parvo and kennel cough. If you are traveling from another state. We most have a travel certificate from your vet. Your dog must be house trained. All vet visits are the responsibility of the owner. You must supply your dogs food that is not included in our price. Heart worm and flea and tick treatments( if you use any). We can purchase your dogs food and add it to the monthly cost. All contact information for you and your veterinarian.
